Compte-rendu de l'échange Franco-Polonais

French people are hospitable and talkative. They have tasty food and they eat a lot of chocolate and sweets. We really liked the city of Brugge. There were a lot of shops with chocolate. Our memories will be very good. We like the architecture of Dunkerque because it looks like in England and it is really modern. It is not good that on sunday almost all shops are closed so French people can be bored. We could not buy anything. We liked the classes at school because they were different than in Polish schools. The school looks like an American school. A few of us went to laser games. It was the best kind of entertainment for us. On saturday we were at the concert. We enjoyed it. We met great people. This exchange was awesome and we will never forget about this experience.

In France the food is totally different than in Poland. French people eat so many sweets things(especially chocolate) for breakfast we aren't used to it. In poland we prefer eating bread with butter, meat or cheese and some vegetables. French families spend a lot of time having the meals ; They « celebrate » meals more than Polish. French dinners are made from different ingredients but they are still delicious. In our opinion the tasties food was quiche lorraine. Despite the differences in Polish and french cuisine we can find the tastes we really like here. We will remember this exchange for many years !

The french hospitality

We arrived on Wednesday and from the first moment we realised that french people are really friendly and caring. We' ve already known our corespondents and finally we had chance to meet their families.

At the beggining we were amazed how openly and nicely we were welcomed. Their parents were even more excited to meet us than we were to meet them. They knew that we were tired and very, very hungry after that trip. That is why parents prepared delicious food. For example : we ate fried cheese with ham and chicken with purèe fried with egg. They always tried to make food the way we like.
They really wanted to make us feel at home and at the same time, they wanted to show us their culture. Honestly they succeded in both things. Although we cannot speak french they did a great job trying to understand us. From time to time it was very hard to comunicate but in the end we always managed to understand each other.

To sum up we have to say that we are extremally happy we had the chance to participate in the exchange and meet all this amazing and loving people. It will be very sad to leave them and come back home.

Exchange France Pologne

When we speak about the exchange we cannot forget the good time spent with the family . We liked travelling with the group and meeting Polish people very much . We discovered new culture and and new people. The polish people were very funny and sometimes really crazy. We loved the food in Poland and the feeling with the family. We loved …....... and the city of Wroclaw. It was not really sunny there, but the good mood was always with us. The only think we did not like was the long journey to Poland. And the fact that the tine spent in Poland was so short, we were sad that we had to come back to France.

We think that Polish people really like the day at Brugges. We liked it, too, it is a really beautiful city. But the visit in the morning was a little bit too long. The museum was interesting and it was funny to answer questions to win chocolates. Polish people really liked visiting chocolate shops and buying chocolate as much as we did. It was good because we spent a lot of time with them and tried to speak English and French. However, when they spoke Polish we did not understand them. The walk at the Cap Blanc Nez this morning was difficult because there was mud everywhere. But the beach was really beautiful and they really liked walking next to the sea and taking photos. Polish people told us that our school was really great. And they were surprised by our canteen because they do not have anything like that in their school in Poland.
